Chris Shenton

Hailing from Great Britain and Australia, Chris is pleased to be photographing weddings in  Cincinnati and the surrounding Tri-State area. Chris honed his skills in the Midlands of England earning a degree in photography and design. While in the UK he worked as a governmental research photographer, a London-based studio photographer and had the privilege of photographing the Duke of Edinburough and the Duchess of York.  

After seven years in the big-city rat race Chris decided to travel the world and joined on as a Cruise Ship Photographic manager. Onboard for five years he eventually met his wife and moved to the United States. Here he has photographed weddings, portraiture, senior pictures and corporate events as well instructed Photoshop, digital photography and general computers.

Not only does Chris understand the art of taking pictures, he is also fully-trained and qualified in photographic processing. He was awarded Black and White printer of the year in England by the national photographic chain, Jessups.

While Chris Shenton Weddings will provide you with the traditional wedding pictures you anticipate, we also present you with the unexpected. Searching out the special moments and creating photographs that appear more like art is Chris’ forte.

Chris has been happily married for 12 years and is the father of five-year old twins (so he unquestionably knows how to work with the young children in your party!).
